Bryant Park 2026

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Hester Street Fair in Bryant Park this year! We're thrilled to announce another season featuring top-notch food vendors for Paramount Plus Movie Nights and weekly Cultural Picnics.

As part of our requirements

  • We provide you with a 10x10 tent, there are no vendor-owned tents allowed for our Bryant Park events.

  • TFSE Insurance and Vendors Insurance are mandatory.

  • Vendors are expected to fully operate within the designated 10x10 space.

  • Please be mindful of the delicate grounds of Bryant Park.

Vendor & Event Information

  • The participation fee is $300 per event, covering the rental of a tent, and 6' table

  • Power is available at an additional fee of $50

  • There is a one time charge of $125 to design and print a Valence Sign for your business.

  • It's important to note that Bryant Park has restrictions on excessive alternative power usage, and any exceptional requests must be approved by Bryant Park.

Vendor Schedule for Culture Picnics

Load-in: 2pm
Service starts: 4pm
Service ends: 9pm
Load-out complete: 10pm

To apply, payment information is required upfront. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at our fair. You will only be billed once your application has been formally accepted.
